Our property purchase service is a 6 steps process designed to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Individual needs assessment
    We schedule a first Skype encounter in order to apprehend your mid and long term goals and your current needs and expectations. If you don’t have an agreed mortgage in principal, we introduce you to our selected partners. They share our values and believe that any financial decision should be linked to your lifestyle and future plans. Mortgage broker, financial planning advisor, tax advisor, solicitor, they will bring your project to life and support you in all legal and tax related aspects.
  • Area selection
    Based on your criteria, we work closely with you to narrow down London to 2 to 4 areas which we will focus on for your Property search. Then you sign the property search mandate.
  • Property search
    We go out and exhaust the market contacting every agent in every area you are focused on to find properties matching your criteria. We pre-visit each property. You access the videos and reports of these previews via our dedicated app. You shortlist your favourite properties.
  • Visits
    We arrange viewings of shortlisted properties and visit them again with you, Saturdays and evenings included.
  • Offer
    Once you found the right property, we will put an offer forward and negotiate the price on your behalf. One part of our fees depends on the amount of this negotiation
  • Rely on our team of experts
    Conveyancing and searches, survey and mortgage offer, exchange of contracts, we coordinate the whole buying process with our recommended partners.
