Our property search services is a 6 steps process to secure your full satisfaction.
- Individual needs assessment
We get to know you during a first Skype encounter in order to find out more about your mid-long term goals, current needs and expectations. If you don’t have an agreed mortgage in principal, we can introduce you to our selected partners who share our values and believe that any financial decision should be linked to your lifestyle, plans and future aspirations. Mortgage brokers, advisors and solicitors, they will bring your project to life and secure all legal and tax related aspects. - Area selection
Based on your criteria, we work closely with you to narrow down London to 2 to 4 areas which we will focus on for your Property search. We then sign the search contract. - Property search
We go out and exhaust the market contacting every agent in every area you are focused on to search and find properties matching your criteria. We pre-visit each property for you and provide you with a detailed visit report including photos and videos. You shortlist your favourite properties. - Visits
We arrange viewings of shortlisted properties for you and schedule the best possible planning (Saturdays, evenings…) to meet your expectations. - Offer
Once you found the right property, we will put an offer forward and negotiate with the vendor on your behalf. - Rely on our team of experts
Conveyancing and searches, survey and mortgage offer, exchange of contracts, our recommended solicitors will assist you and coordinate all the buying process till completion.
