Ceux qui ach\u00e8tent pour un montant sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 \u00a3500 000 ne paieront des taxes que sur cette partie sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 \u00a3500 000. Cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie de \u00a315 000 \u00a3. Ces changements entrent en vigueur imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;une maison principale \u00e0 750 000 livres aurait co\u00fbt\u00e9 27 500 livres de Stamp Duty, mais pour les ventes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es entre le 8 juillet 2020 et le 31 mars 2021, l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t sera ramen\u00e9 \u00e0  12 500 livres. Une \u00e9conomie de \u00a315 000 qui peut \u00eatre investie dans des travaux suppl\u00e9mentaires. Cela pourrait \u00eatre l&rsquo;occasion pour les primo-acc\u00e9dants d&rsquo;investir \u00e0 faible risque, car ils ont vraisemblablement la garantie de pouvoir revendre, m\u00eame \u00e0 court terme, au moins au prix o\u00f9 ils ont achet\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un coup de pouce sp\u00e9cifique pour les primo-acc\u00e9dants<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;exemption est principalement destin\u00e9e \u00e0 aider les primo-acc\u00e9dants \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, et \u00e0 permettre aux  familles d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir plus grand.
