Vous devrez signer un AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement). Contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres pays europ\u00e9ens aux l\u00e9gislations strictes en mati\u00e8re de location immobili\u00e8re, n\u00e9gocier son bail et les clauses se fait directement entre propri\u00e9taire et locataire.
